The pool is out this morning. I pulled something in my calf and my leg is killing me today. I'm currently using a heating pad in hopes that it will loosen the muscle so I'm not hobbling around.

No big Easter plans, which always seems to surprise people. We've opted out of doing eggs this year mostly because a) Craig ends up being the only one who eats them, and b) there is invariably arguing during the coloring process. Instead, Craig will take them out Sunday and Monday mornings to buy discounted Easter candy, their choice instead of doing baskets. I'll make some sort of big Sunday dinner, but in all honesty, we do big Sunday dinners all the time so it's not that big of a deal.

My muse seems to be temporarily appeased, though not 100% supportive yet. I started idea #6 on Monday and have done 6k so far without really stalling yet, so I'm taking that as a good sign. If I can keep up at least 2k a day through the month, it'll be mostly done and give me a month to write the other two novellas due on June 1. Though I'm gone for a week in the middle of May for RT, so there's that to take into consideration as well. Still, I always find myself inspired around other writers and usually slip away for huge chunks of time to write in my room instead of socialize, so hopefully that week won't be a total lost cause.

At least it's Friday, right?
