I know, vague is vague, but I've spent too long the past week arguing with a CS rep about a disparity in my account information where she keeps telling me it's not a disparity when screenshots prove it is. However, she probably can't say that they're not going to do anything about it because it's incredibly minor and doesn't result in a loss of money on either party's part, and that's FRUSTRATING.
I have long been aware that my perfect job would be in QA. I am fantastic at finding inconsistencies and mistakes. Now if only the rest of the world could. My blood pressure would appreciate it.
