Speaking of "Ender's Game"...my kids were annoyed chunks were missing from the book which launched discussions on the differences between reading a story and watching one, choices that get made to provoke stronger emotional reactions in audiences that are antithetical to the story that was told in the book. Craig's biggest peeve was that they changed the entire message of the book with a single gesture in the movie, but that's a different argument entirely. Still, it was a good movie, though not one we'd jump to own or watch a huge number of times.
I don't think I'll be able to say the latter about the upcoming "Catching Fire," though, lol. We're going to see it this weekend, and I foresee multiple viewings at the theater before I end up buying it to own and watch repeatedly again.
Today is more cleaning and more writing. That's going to be the story of my life this week.
