Brighter but colder Monday

Well, it looks like taking it easy on Sunday has helped. Feeling better today and definitely more energetic, so I might actually get something accomplished. So far, I've managed to clean the kitchen, clear out the foyer, do a run to the charity shop with the 3 bags I forgot on Friday, and file the monthly paperwork. It's shaping up to be a pretty good day.

That being said, it's COLD outside. And in spite of the bright sunshine, it's spitting snow at us. Yuck. I cannot wait to get to warmer climes. :)

And this is my thought for the day (and probably for the next month):

It’s very important to do what needs to be done when it needs to be done and not to confuse ourselves with trying to do things that aren’t ready to be done or can’t be done yet. Our pushing doesn’t always get the job done. We may find that waiting until the job is ready to be done will make it a lot easier, faster, and more efficient.

I have to admit to liking the report at Spoiler Slayer regarding David Fury's comments at the Wolfram and Hart Annual Revue. Between that and ghostgirl13's report, I'm feeling the JM love all over again. Is it August yet? Too bad it looks like I'll probably have to sell my tickets to see him in May.

And I'm going to resume updating my site on Wednesday of this week. I know it's Angel day, but as it's a nursery day for the kids, it's easier for me to concentrate on getting stuff up without having to worry about getting distracted. I've got 2 chapters of my Williamfic going up then.
