Which is pretty much what I needed to hear, to be honest. I can deal with plain ol' OA.
Part of the plan is to hit the weight loss hard in the next month, including re-signing up at the gym so I can start taking the water aerobics (low impact and still aerobic enough to work me, woo hoo!), the beginner's/gentle yoga class, and specific weight training to target the muscles around the joints that are weakest. I'll work the exercise in gradually so I don't shock the system too much or run screaming in the opposite direction.
But seriously, it's time. And I'm kind of really excited about it.
