Craig's mum passed away 7:40 am UK time today. I was still up, but Craig refrained from telling me because he wanted me to get a good night's sleep. I told him this morning that was nice, but a wasted effort because I haven't been sleeping well for a while. Thankfully, she passed peacefully and not alone.

We won't know until Monday about when arrangements can be made. The kids and I had plans to go out with their buddies today, then I was going to go out for an adult movie this evening with another friend, but I've canceled those plans. My and Alicia's emotions are too volatile today, and the movies would be a waste. Instead, we're going to have a family day of games and staying close to home, and I'll get something in for dinner.
