I've been putting ice on my toes and across the joints on top the past two nights which seems to have helped some. It's not as bad as it was, though I'm also a lot more careful about bending those toes (since that seems to generate all the pain). Since there weren't any fractures, it's likely either a sprain or tendonitis, and I can't do much more for those than I am, right?
Stupid feet.
