So I gave myself permission not to write today. It was the kid's first day back to school, and I had an insane morning with a lot of administrative stuff to do as well as stuff around the house. I'm feeling a teensy bit guilty, but honestly, I needed to be honest with myself and admit I wasn't going to get it done and just focus on what I *did* need to do.

It helps that I finished a 12k short for MLR and got that submitted on Saturday, as well as learning that something I had scheduled due for 3/1 has been changed to 6/1. So immediate pressure is off.

But still...a teensy bit guilty. :P
