Today was a mix of highs and lows. Highs, because L came over with the baby, so the kids all played together while we watched a few episodes of Buffy. I knew Passion was going to get to her, but I didn't expect to cry over it again after all this time. I teared up at I Only Have Eyes for You, too. I was just a big old sap today. But we've only got 3 eps to go in S2 and the kids start fall break next week, so I think we're going to be able to finish that and S3 before they go back to school. I'm looking forward to S3. It's my favorite overall season.

Lows, however, include our refrigerator being broken since Saturday night. The repair guy came this morning and replaced the fan in it to the tune of $220. Then, this afternoon, we realized the air conditioning wasn't working. Craig's going to call about that tomorrow. It needs to get fixed fast because it's 90s all week. It's too hot not to have a/c.

A busy week ahead of us, though. Alicia's last two softball games are this week, plus she has a band dinner/concert on Friday night. On Saturday, both she and Alex have piano recitals, too.

Oh, and since a lot of people on my flist know sadbhyl and mydeira, I'm giving away a copy of their latest release over at my Vivien Dean blog. All you have to do is comment. :)
