It was packed. The people we were with said they'd never seen it so busy. Because the kids wanted to ride instead of worry about the ceremony, we ended up just doing that, and didn't end up leaving the park until after 8. The only reason we left then was because one of the other moms is 8 months pregnant. I'd made her take it easy during the day, but still, she'd reached her limit. We got home around 10, at which point I promptly crashed. I'm serious. I was so tired, I put my pjs on inside out and didn't even realize it until this morning when I got up at 7:30.
The only reason I was up so early (well, other than the fact that I never go to bed before midnight, so falling asleep before 10:30 even when I'm tired meant getting more sleep than I'm used to) was because Craig was taking the kids to the Bay Area Maker Faire today. We'd already agreed I wasn't going to go, and it's a good thing. I'm so sore today. Plus, my eyes are puffy and swollen from allergies, even though I was dosed up yesterday.
So I get today off. They won't be home until close to bedtime, and I really should go get some writing done since I've accomplished nothing this weekend. So far all I've done today is watch the Leverage finale...five months late, lol.
