I don't celebrate my birthday. I just don't. I think it all started because mine falls in the middle of summer, and since we lived out in the middle of nowhere, and school wasn't in session, it was just never fussed over. It consisted of cake and ice cream, sure, and the supper of my choice, but...it was pretty quiet.
So asking for my own favorite birthday? They all blend. Seriously.
However, I do celebrate my kids'. So picking a favorite from there? I'm going with my daughter's first. We were living in the UK, and she was absolutely spoiled rotten. She had only just started walking, and she was into everything since we had an open plan house. I made her cake - Angel Bear, who was her favorite storytime character - and went to town on all angel decorations. Can I tell you what she got? No. But I know she went through it with smiles, which is all that mattered to me.
