In a week, my kids will be done with school. No more mornings, no more hours lost picking them up from school. They have a short summer in this new school district, returning at the end of July. We've got a semi-busy summer planned, too - 2 weeks away in Michigan to see my family (this will be the first time since my wedding eleven years ago that my sisters and I will all be together), and sailing camp for the kids. Plus, we're getting Alex into a lung specialist to see if we can get to the root of his breathing problems rather than just treat the symptoms. Hopefully that will get us some answers.

Of course, next weekend is going to be insane. Last weekend of softball and baseball. Games, end of year parties, chaos. Exhausting.

But then we're done! Until next year, anyway...
