Know what I'm going to be doing on Sunday afternoon? *Not* watching the Super Bowl. Instead, I'm going to hightail it to Safeway and do my weekly shop then, since my hope is that all the people who are having parties will be done mobbing the store and I can shop in relative peace. ;)

Tomorrow, actually, is our special day of the weekend. Alicia's birthday is next week, and she wanted to go to Benihana's. So rather than try and book something for Valentines weekend, we're doing it tomorrow instead. She's invited her two best friends to come along, and then they're having a sleepover. Both girls are great, so I'm not imagining any hardships. Then next weekend, we're taking Alicia and Alex to Sonoma for dinner and a production of Completely Hollywood, put on by the Reduced Shakespeare guys. Both the kids adore Reduced Shakespeare, and after Craig had chatted a bit with the box office guy, we ended up with seats in the third row, right in the middle. The kids are going to be excited, and I'm going to have fun. I imagine I'll probably get a lot more of the in jokes than the kids will, lol.

But the weekend hasn't started yet. First, I have to do my two school runs to pick up the kids, and then, all the work I didn't get done this morning, lol.
