Lots of stuff to do anyway. I have a chapter to finish, laundry to do, Sunday dinner (I actually love adopting the family tradition of a roast dinner midday on Sunday; Craig and I both grew up with it and haven't really done it regularly as adults until we moved into the new house), coding for LLG and my VD site, and so many other fun things to accomplish.
So far so good on the resolutions to blog every day. Having the Google Reader now helps tremendously.
Last night, Alicia got invited over to her friend's house for the evening, and I got to sit and talk to the mom for a while. I like her a lot. We seem to click at least a little bit, enough for her to suggest doing kid swaps so we could each get date nights out if we wanted. I have zero problem with that. Her daughter is absolutely wonderful, though she has more liberties than Alicia does (like a phone and tv in her room, and her own cell phone). But still, I don't feel completely without options at the moment. I might actually get to see a grown-up movie at the theater before my next birthday, too, lol.
I should probably get going on everything I have to do. Oh, don't forget to sign up for our giveaway of Shifters' Captive over at the Jamie Craig blog. We pick a winner Sunday night, and all you have to do is leave a comment!
