26 pounds in 16 weeks!
I hadn't realized I'd hit my 16-week marker until she gave me my little pin to say that I'd stuck it out. But looking at it like that, I'm quite pleased actually. It's slow and steady, and that includes the 6-week period between Thanksgiving and New Year that is disastrous oftentimes. With the exception of one week where I was retaining water because I was just about ready to start my period, I've lost every single week.
Slow and steady is going to win this race. Because I'm already noticing the difference. I'm down a size and a half (2 sizes in some cases), I'm not hungry, I'm not binging, and I'm happy about what I'm doing. Better yet, it doesn't feel like something I won't maintain, because I'm not on a diet. I'm retraining my eating habits to be healthier.
