Spike: She set me up, too. I always worried what would happen when that bitch got some funding.
Willow: I've seen honest faces before. They usually come attached to liars.
Xander: Every man faces this moment. Here. Now. Watching. Waiting for an unseen enemy that has no face. Nerve endings screaming in silence. Never knowing which thought might be your last.
Giles : Oh, shut up.
Willow : Then talk. Keep eye contact. Funny is good, but don't be glib. And remember, if you hurt her, I will beat you to death with a shovel. A vague disclaimer is nobody's friend. Have fun.
Favorite Moments
All the Willow/Riley moments actually. They're so cute together. Oh, and the Xander/Harmony fight.
Revelations as I watch
1. Why is Buffy suddenly having so many problems not displaying her strength? And so clumsy? I guess that it's supposed to be a little funny, but it just seems so out of character.
2. You know, the Initiative is asking for trouble if they don't even strip the demons down before they lock 'em up. I mean, naked Spike would have been much more interesting to watch, don't you think? :)
3. So why doesn't Xander's mother worry about older gentlemen visiting her son?
4. Riley's comebacks are really lame.
5. Even digging for help with Buffy, Riley has more chemistry with Willow. It's such a shame.
6. Spike is such a bastard. And Harmony is so easy.
7. Harmony clearly didn't get any of the martial arts mojo when she was turned.
8. Look! Spike is resourceful! He knows how to use computers! For about...one episode.
9. Riley admits to thinking women need to be protected! How does Buffy ever fall for him?!?

Unknown demon: Who wants a wife whose knees only bend the one way?
Cordy: Hi, Doyle. Are you going to become loser-pining guy, like, full-time now? Because you know, we already have one of those around the office.

Revelations as I watch
1. Gee. A Doyle-centric ep. Joy.
2. The bolt Doyle used on the vampire had a plastic tip. Oops.
3. You know, I just can't bring myself to pay close attention to these early eps. They bore me so, so, SO much.
4. Oh, look, Doyle brought Angel as a date.
5. So are the brothers debating in their native language that Angel is gay?
