I have been in a horrible state of ennui for the past week that I've been trying to combat in every way possible. The passing of Craig's uncle hit me kind of hard. Craig can't go to the funeral. It's tomorrow. When we found out about it on Friday afternoon, Craig looked to see how much it would cost to fly on such short notice. The cheapest ticket he could find was $6500, so...yeah, not going.

But it's so bad that I can't even muster any enthusiasm about the convention this weekend. I have to, since I'm driving down with spikesgurl and then hanging around everybody all weekend, but the thought of hanging out at the con all weekend just leaves me feeling tired. Not a good sign. I keep hoping it'll be better by Wednesday since that's when spikesgurl arrives.
