I'm trying to get back into the habit of LJ. I'm hoping the school routine will help with that.

It's supposed to hit 108 today. This doesn't bode well for my getting much done.

pepperlandgirl4 and I finished a novella yesterday. We're doing a series of gay romance novellas for Amber Quill in 2008 called "Calendar Boys." January's story got finished and subbed yesterday. It's about an in the closet football player, trying to get out of Miami the weekend of the Super Bowl, only to meet someone Friday night who has no clue who he is. We have February's idea already titled and brainstormed, but we have to wait to write it for a few weeks. Our next project is a novella that's a prequel to Master of Obsidian, that's all about Gideon falling for Mary. And because we always have to write something sweeter after the Master stuff, we're doing our war novella that we're committed to after that. *Then* we'll do our vampire Valentine's story. ;)

ralob posted this link to a series of panda pictures that completely hit my ohmigodcutestthingEVAH button last night. Unfortunately, Craig says I cannot have a panda bear at this time, lol.

See my icon? awmp posted a bunch of gorgeous BtVS/AtS icons yesterday. If you haven't seen them, go check them out. Some are just plain gorgeous, and others had me giggling all day.
