I am just not a morning person. Never have been. I get up when I must because of the kids, but I really loathe it. And it doesn't help that I wake up more tired than when I fell asleep because of vivid chase dreams. I know what they mean, but that doesn't make it any easier.

And my husband and kids are outside right now, at 7:45 on a Saturday morning, taking advantage of the fact that the neighbors are having a yard sale. It's freezing outside. Well, freezing for SF, which means probably 45. And overcast. And we have 2 ball games today, a piano lesson, a softball barbecue, and an awards ceremony.

Is it bad to pray for rain?
