American Idol, top 10

LAKISHA: Solid as always. The opening was goosebump-worthy, the dance section good though not quite as. And proves Simon is an equal opportunity lech, lol.

CHRIS SLIGH: I thought he sounded kind of nasally tonight. And I adore this song. Maybe it's *because* I adore this song that I didn't like it.

GINA: Fantastic performance. I thought she was wonderful tonight. Great for her voice, great for her style. Go Gina!

SANJAYA: I swear, his stylist hates him. People are only voting for this boy to see what crazy shit he's going to do with his hair each week. I can't even tell you that much about the song he sang. I was too busy staring at his hair and trying to figure out what it made me think of. I'm still not sure.

HALEY: Didn't suck. But it wasn't great, either. She looked good, though. And now I'm channeling Paula, lol.

PHIL: You know, there was a definite Sting quality to Phil tonight that I've never heard before. I didn't like the ending, but I did like everything up to that point.

MELINDA: Melinda is just a pro. She works the stage like a pro, she never misses a beat, and her voice is always spot on. Not my favorite choice of song, but she sold it. All the way.

BLAKE: I wanted this to be so much better than it was. The vocals were on, but it was just...kind of boring. Though I loved Simon's warning about getting caught in the Chris Daughtry zone, lol. Poor Chris. He's left a huge mark on the competition he keeps trying to distance himself from, lol.

JORDIN: I thought it was an odd choice for Jordin tonight. I liked her on the verse, but then she hit the chorus, and I just kept waiting for the punchline. On the plus side, she's so cute and young and fresh.

CHRIS RICHARDSON: I didn't think it was the suck that I've found in previous weeks, but still, he doesn't do it for me.

My Top 3 (in order): Gina, Melinda, Lakisha
My Bottom 3 (in order): Sanjaya, Chris Sligh, Chris Richardson
