Craig's working from home today so that we can go over all the gifts we've bought for the kids that are stored up in the attic. We have 2 birthdays and Christmas in the next 2 1/2 months, and I lose track of everything that goes up there, so now is the time to sit down and figure out if we're set for the gifts or not. Alex's birthday is in 2 weeks, so I have to be prepared because this season is going to be crazy enough as it is.
Did I mention
I have 2 chapters done/betad on the new Spuffy fic. When I hit 4 done/betad, I'll start posting it. With the upcoming holidays, I have no idea how my writing time is going to be affected, and I'd like to be able to guarantee posting at least a *little* regularly, especially considering the numerous cliffhangers this one has. Even
And Craig and I are slowly getting caught up on tv...
That Lincoln guy annoys me to no end. And how much of Jerry's quirks are we going to have to put up with this season? It was refreshing in the beginning, but now it's just getting tiresome. BUT, watching Alan put the moves on Denise was hot as hell, and god, I can't wait for that one to get consummated.
Is the show in its last season? Are they getting ready for Grissom to leave? I don't understand everything they're doing with him this year, and for the first time, I don't think it's the strongest of the 3 CSI's. Which is disappointing, because overall I genuinely like the characters more here than I do elsewhere.
Well, I finally watched Luke and Laura tie the knot again. It's been sitting on my tivo, and god, it was just so painful to watch. Because it's Flowers for Algernon, except Laura hasn't caught on yet what's happening to her. I didn't even save it. I honestly don't think I could watch it again, as much as I adore them.
