I owe comments, but I'm going to do those this afternoon. I just wanted to share this because it tickles me.

We're having a lazy day in, so Craig is sprawled on the couch with Alex and Alicia on either side of him. They're working in workbooks that we got for them - Alex has a kindergarten book, and Alicia has a 2nd grade book. Alicia is working on reading comprehension, and she hit a hard patch, so Craig is trying to coach her along. It ended up breaking down to him asking her, "What's a sentence?"

Her response: "Something you just keep adding words to until it makes sense."

Maybe it's the writer in me, but I can't stop giggling.
