My feet are killing me. We did so much walking today. I just want to curl up into a ball and sleep for the next 24 hours.

Did the tourist thing and saw the usual tourist traps. Also spent an inordinate amount of time on the Santa Monica Pier so that the kids could have some fun time, too. However, the two things that struck me the most today:

1) Paul Newman has itty bitty tiny feet. Seriously. His footprint in front of Graumann's Chinese Theater was smaller than mine.

2) The Jesus action figure I found at the toy store we stopped at. Seriously. A whole wall of action figures, and there's this section of more esoteric options. Jesus comes with gliding action. Moses comes with detachable stone tablets. There were even Jane Austen and Sigmund Freud action figures.

And now the guys are off to find a convenience store to pick up some miscellaneous items. I need Mountain Dew in a *bad* way.
