The UK trip? Slight hitch.
See, Craig told me he bought the tickets the other night. Guess what? He didn't. He reserved them, but didn't actually *buy* them. That, in itself, isn't necessarily bad, except for the fact that the tickets are now more expensive.
No, see, we kind of forgot about the passport issue. Ours are fine, don't expire for years. And the kids have both UK and US passports that we got within weeks of them being born. Well, kids' passports don't last as long as adults. In fact, they only last 5 years. Guess who turned 5 in February?
*sigh*
There's no way we can get Alicia's UK passport renewed in time. We can get her US one done, for a rather hefty expediting fee. It's all a big pain in the butt.
*sigh*
He's holding off until buying the tickets until I confirm on Monday that I get a passport back for Alicia in time. If for some reason I can't, guess who's not going to the UK?
