Tonight is cardio, and it's doubtful we'll be getting to the gym this weekend because of the fact it has lessened hours and we're going to be busy during the day with kid stuff/inlaw stuff, so Monday night is back on the machines for me. Cardio 3 times a week, and weights twice. I think that's more than doable. I'm determined to do this as a supplement to changing the diet. It's the only way to get results, once and for all.
