However, I *am* going to talk about my belated Monday weigh-in...
My eating sucked while I was in the UK, but in a good way. Well, mostly good way. Getting ill on Sunday because of my lowered sugar and weak defenses wasn't of the good, but that's done and past. I managed to lose 2 1/2 pounds while I was away, making my 5-week total 10 1/2 pounds. I'm quite chuffed about that. Craig has put off leaving on our vacation until Saturday so that I have more time to recuperate, too. I'm feeling a bit better today, but my chest is killing me from all the coughing. And no fever is always a bonus.
I got next to no writing done while I was away. The next Frost chapter is half-done, but won't be up before Thursday or Friday, depending on how good I'm feeling. So, I'm going to start posting A Symphony of Echoes, the Legions sequel, this evening. Updates on this will be moderately slow, so that you're warned. Probably a chapter a week. It's also going to be a bit higher on the angst than my usual fare. If you're expecting smooth sailing, you're going to be disappointed. However, I'm quite excited about the story overall, and I hope that readers will be, too.
