After dinner, Craig announced he needed to go to Target, and since I needed a couple things too, we bundled the kids into the van and went. Well, got back, went to get the kids out of the car, and Alex decided he was going to jump into my arms instead of climbing out. Only I wasn't ready.
Headbutt with full force to my right cheekbone. Ouch.
The garage was all spinny for a bit, and I had to sit on the couch until the dizziness went away. Too bad, I can't say the same for the headache.
Otherwise, been a productive day. In between all the errands and household stuff, I worked on Echoes. Finally got the re-outlining all done and started writing again. My original first chapter doesn't work any more, but hopefully there's stuff in there I can use someplace else. And I'm so psyched about it again that I'm finding it difficult to think about going back to Frost right away. It's a good thing I got 2 chapters out so quickly so that I can afford to take a day or two off from it and focus on Echoes.
