Well, yesterday I decided to stop procrastinating and start it. I began with strength training. I'd specifically gone after something low-key with incremental difficulty as it progressed. Which means yesterday's regimen was as basic and easy as it came.
Ohmigod. My left thigh has been so SORE. It's a harsh reminder of how badly I need this. I worried at first that maybe I pushed myself too hard, but I don't think so. I took my time and I stopped as soon as it started to hurt. So I just have to wait another day or two, and then make sure I do it again. No wimping out because I was sore.
And hot baths are the best.
