But it's been a good couple of days. I had a virtual get-together with my library peeps yesterday. Better than that, though, was that my family and I went out cherry picking beforehand. The farms around here have opted for different paths when it comes to their practices. Some are doing appointments only. Those went FAST. Others are putting in strict guidelines and limiting how many people can enter. We opted for one of those, choosing to go when it was supposed to be slower. We didn't have to wait to get in, and though we heard other families around, we only caught glimpses of them. We walked away with 8.5 lbs of cherries, some of which I gave to my neighbor (she's in her 80s). The rest? Already gone, lol. My family has gone a little mad about them.
I also got my Mother's Day gift a little early. I got a year's access to Masterclass. I'm really looking forward to it. There are so many classes I can't wait to dig into - Neil Gaiman's, Gordon Ramsay's, Rupaul's...the list goes on.
