Saturday, I ended the day with sore knees because of sitting curled up for too long in the afternoon, watching TV with Alicia. So yesterday, I compensated by sitting properly, like I rarely do, feet on the floor, hips straight.

Today, my lower back is furious with me.

Ibuprofen is my friend. :P

Oh good grief you cannot win can you????? How about sitting with your legs propped up on something? That's my favorite way of sitting.

Under my desk I plunk my feet up on my woofer.

Ibuprofen allows my life to exist, period. I sympathize, I truly do, I have positional issues all the time. I spend most of my time sitting on the floor but then switch to the couch or my sometimes cumfy desk chair. But something's always off!

I had the same thing happen to me. Groan. Now I am being much more careful about how I sit.
